- Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges when:
The plush toy arrived cracked or with visible defects.
The item you received differs from your order.
To process your return:
Keep items sealed in the original packaging. They may not be used or washed.
Contact us within 7 days from when the package landed.
📦 Because our inventory consists of limited and collectible releases, we cannot accept returns for personal taste reasons—for example, style, size comparisons, or buyer’s remorse. Items labelled as limited edition, box surprises, or collectible exclusives are exchangeable or returnable only when damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Requesting the Return
To request a return, send us an email at support@labubuplushtoys.com. Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item in question
A note explaining the issue
We’ll reply with return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
- Compensation
We’ll update you on refund status once we examine your return. If it clears, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method. Allow five to ten business days for the funds to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
- Exchanges If you received an item that arrived damaged or was the wrong product, we’ll arrange an exchange as long as we have stock on hand. If we have no replacement available, we’ll refund the same payment method you originally used.
- Shipments Lost or Delayed We’re unable to take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for delay cases occurred in customs or with the carrier. We’ll still assist with tracking or troubleshooting when we can. If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, contact us for further help.
- Cancellations You can cancel an order that hasn’t yet shipped or been processed within 12 hours of placing it. Processing speed is typically very fast, and cancellations may be impossible after that window.
